I entered into this field as part of an internship during graduate school and found a career that I have made my own. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Madison University in Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas. After being the Neurophysiology Clinical Manager at a large pediatric hospital in Dallas for 9 years, I started my own business providing testing and training services in 2007. After over 15 years of training students and with over 25 years of testing experience I look forward to helping you enter into this rewarding field as well.

I am Kacynta Gardner, R.EEG.T/RPSGT and I am from Johnston County, North Carolina. I have been in Neurodiagnostic for 14 years. Working in Sleep medicine as a sleep tech for 10 years and I’ve been working in Neurodiagnostic for the last 4 years.
I currently hold my RPSGT and R.EEG.T credentials. I earned my EDT associate degree in 2009 at Pamlico Community College in NC. After staying in Sleep medicine for a while I wanted to purse my Neurodiagnostic and Sleep science Bachelor’s from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am very excited to be working with Roya and getting to know everyone.
